1. What's the payment terms you accept?
Pay pal is preferred for sample order. For bulk order, Western Union and T/T is acceptable.
2. What's the artwork specification?
EPS, AI, CDR files are preferred. TIF and JPG at 300dpi are acceptable.
3. What is the lead time?
Samples within 1-5 days; Quantity below 10K within 7-15 days; Bulk order within 30 days.
As we are a factory, we can offer flexible delivery time, if you got urgent order, we can cooperate with your schedule very well.
4. Can you provide your stocking samples for free?
Yes, stocking free sample can be offered to you, but you should take care of the shipment.
5. How do you handle after-sale problems?
