Passive HF Dry Inlay is a special term for RFID industry, which refers to a pre laminated product composed of multi-layer PVC or other materials containing chips and coils. After different forms of packaging, different kinds of RFID tags can be made.
Passive HF Dry Inlay can be understood as semi-finished products without encapsulation of RFID tags. RFID inlay can be divided into dry inlay and wet inlay. RFID Dry inlay does not contain back glue, and its structure is antenna + chip + chip package; RFID Wet inlay contains back glue, which can be directly attached to objects. The structure is antenna + chip + chip package + PET + Glue+ Release paper Frequency requirements: 860 960 mhz-uhf / 13.56mhz-iso14443 / 13.56mhz-iso 15693. We have technicians and offer antenna design service to meet various customer requirements.
How Does the RFID Tag Work?
1. Reader transfers energy to the RFID TAG by emitting electromagnetic waves through air.
2. RFID TAG uses RF energy to charge up.
3. RFID TAG receives command/data signal and responds accordingly.
4. Reader receives RFID TAG response and process accordingly and sent to a host computer or external devices through its control lines.

1. What about the packing of our RFID product?
We employ advanced packing techniques to products, making sure the safety for deliveries.

Paypal is preferred for sample order. For bulk order, Western Union and T/T is acceptable.
3. Are the samples free of charge?
2-5pcs stock Samples without printing is free. If you need printed samples with sophisticated printing, printing fee is required.

5. What is your MOQ for customized product?
Normally our MOQ is 100 pcs. Smaller order quantity is also welcomed. But the unit price is a bit higher than price above MOQ.
6. How does your factory manage quality control?

Firstly, we have established a specialized QC department to control our product quality, and we also accept inspections given by the third official government before loading and delivering our goods.
