With the optimization of urban environmental management and services, significant optimizations have been made to improve the quality of life and urban environment. The collection, transportation, and logistics monitoring of urban garbage have become increasingly important, and the supervision of garbage transfer vehicles is the most important aspect. Urban waste management adopts RFID technology, with RFID waste bin tags for automatic data collection, ensuring the automation and real-time transmission of identification processes, and ensuring the timeliness of information.
The protection of links is also constantly being tightened, and the importance of environmental sanitation is becoming increasingly prominent. Due to the rapid development of urban construction and limitations in technology or management, the Environmental Sanitation Department also faces many challenges in managing sanitation vehicles. The number and distribution of environmental sanitation facilities, ensuring the effective implementation of garbage collection times, ensuring daily garbage production and cleaning, timely garbage transportation, and timely scheduling will become important links in environmental sanitation transportation supervision. The main tools for sanitation work are sanitation trucks and trash cans. RFID technology makes sanitation more intelligent by automatically collecting information from various links.
Therefore, a platform is needed to collect garbage information and facility information, dispatch transportation vehicles, classify and recycle garbage, etc., to achieve centralized management and scheduling, reasonable allocation of resources, and optimization of garbage collection and processing efficiency. Through the operation of various functional modules of the system, the collection of relevant data information is achieved, the real-time status of garbage bins and residents' behavior are monitored, and the cleaning and transportation management is optimized, thereby achieving the networking, intelligence, and informatization of garbage classification management in residential areas.
Based on the above situation, RFID smart sanitation management is proposed.
1、 Affix RFID electronic tags on the trash can
Attach a regular label to a regular trash can and an anti metal label to a metal trash can. Each trash can is labeled with a unique RFID electronic label;
2、 Install readers on sanitation vehicles
Install the ultra-high frequency RFID reader on the sanitation vehicle, which can read the labels on each garbage bin or bin, and use it to calculate the working status of each vehicle;
3、 Installing GPS locators on sanitation vehicles
For each sanitation vehicle (sprinkler, road sweeper, garbage truck, etc.), it is used to determine the location and route of the sanitation vehicle.
The garbage classification and recycling system in residential areas adopts the latest Internet of Things technology, collects various types of data in real-time through RFID readers and writers, and interfaces with the backend management platform data through an ad hoc network system. By installing RFID waste bin tags on garbage bins (designated bins, transport bins), RFID readers and vehicle RFID electronic tags on garbage trucks (flatbed trucks, recycling trucks); The vehicle RFID card reader installed at the entrance of the community, the garbage transfer station, the weighbridge and RFID reader installed at the garbage end treatment facility; Each RFID reader can be connected to the background in real-time through wireless modules, achieving real-time correlation of information such as the number, quantity, weight, time, and location of garbage cans and garbage trucks. This enables the full process supervision and traceability of garbage community sorting, garbage transportation, and garbage post processing, ensuring the effectiveness and quality of garbage treatment and transportation, and providing scientific reference basis.
RFID sanitation vehicle management enables intuitive understanding of facility distribution, allowing for a clear understanding of facility status and real-time monitoring of changes in facility location; Realize the mastery of vehicle operation status, real-time monitoring of whether garbage trucks are being collected, operation routes, and refined and real-time monitoring of collection tasks; Greatly improved management efficiency, with a clear understanding of the work situation of the backend management heap, improving work efficiency and reducing management costs.
