2. If I would like to develop my design, can you custom my design? Can you make it only for us, and will not show it to anyone else?

Yes, we have our own R&D dept., OEM&ODM service are available. And will not show it to others.

 

3. Can you accept small order?

Yes, we accept a trial order for the first time, it is the start of business and our long-term cooperation in the future.

 

4. How can I get a quotation? When can I get the quotation?

Quotation will be offered within 24 hours. It will be more efficient if you tell size, quantity, special requirement.

 

5. Can you do a sample for me?

Yes, Sample can be arranged for your approval, but we do not pay for freight.

 

6. Can you print the logo on my product or color box for my product?

Yes, We can.

 

7. What's your delivery time?

It depending on the order quantity.

 

8. Which is the shipping way to choose?

Sample will be sent air for small order; it is more than 1 ton or 1 cbm it is better to arrange by sea.

 

9. Before purchasing, how can we get to know the quality?

We can send sample to you to check. Also customer can appoint some agent to inspect the mass production quality in our factory to make sure the quality.

 

10. What should we do if goods are received with some quality problems?

A: All goods have been inspected during the assembling and packing, the chance to get defective item is very rare. If there are some quality problems, such as finish problem, damaged problem, please kindly take some photos to proof. After we verified the problem, we will give refund or resend the goods.
