1. How to get an exact quotation from us?
Please inform us the products detail:
Products quantity;
RF chip model(if do not clear the chip model please contact us first);
Products printing logo or not(if there is a picture, please show us);
Then, we can give you an exact quotation.

2. Before ordering, can have samples for testing?
Yes, we can support free available sample. If need to customized sample, just feel free contact us with detail.

3. How to order from us?
Just done payment to us and we prepare products to you, at last we will send products to your door all around the world.

4. Which payment can be done?
We support Paypal, bank transfer, western union.

5. Can do customized products?
Yes, we can supply your customized products from design to producing.

6. What is the delivering time?
Normally the products producing time is about 10 days, and shipment time is about 5-7 days.
The delivering time total about 17 days.
Note: the products quantity and there is stock products or not will affect the delivering time.
The busy season, produce time and shipment time also is different.

7. How is the products after service?
Before products sending, we do 100% QC to ensure all products good before sending.
If there are some products defect after shipment, we will replace new products for you.
