1. HOW TO GET A FREE SAMPLE CARD?
We provide free samples for checking the quality and compatibility, you just need to cover the shipping cost.
Please be noted that if you need the samples with your design, there will be a sample charge. Contact us for a quote.
Tell us what samples do you need, we will send you a sample pack accordingly.

2. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can send an inquiry us directly, we will contact you shortly once receive your message.

3. IS THERE A SPECIFIC THICKNESS TO YOUR CARDS?
Yes, 0.36mm to 1mm for RFID card and 0.15mm to 1mm for regular PVC card. Customized thickness is available.

4. DO YOU PROVIDE PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES FOR APPROVAL?
Yes we can provide samples for approval. If you don't need a sample, we will always provide a digital proof for your
approval before we officially proceed to production.

5. DO YOU PROVIDE DESIGNING SERVICE?
Yes, we provide designing service if you don't have your own designer. But we encourage you to create your own design.

6. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY CARDS?
The production lead time is around 7-10 working days, we provide rush order service that if you need to finish your order within 3 or 5 days, we can also do that.

7. WHAT FINISHING CAN YOU MAKE?
Glossy, matte, frosted.

8. CAN YOU PRINT THE COLORS 100% THE SAME AS IN THE ARTWORK?
We introduce a Heidelberg 5-color printing press to print our cards, which ensures a high printing quality. But no one can guarantee the colors will be 100% the same as in the file because different computer will give a different color on the screen.

9. HOW CAN YOU MAKE SURE THE PRINTING COLORS ARE RIGHT?
Using offset printing, there will be a color tolerance of around 10-20%, if you need an accurate color matching, please provide the PMS color code for our reference, with which we can reduce the color tolerance to 10% or below. If you have a sample card which we can follow for the colors, we can make the color tolerance to around 5%.
