Using RFID Technology in Industrial Production

Install the RFID reader on the industrial production line, and attach RFID tags to the product tray or product for entering product information. During work and production, products with RFID tags will be read by the industrial RFID reader through the industrial node, and then the read information will be uploaded to the computer input platform system. Through the application of industrial RFID readers in production lines, real-time and accurate collection of production data can be achieved, making production and manufacturing more automated and intelligent. RFID not only reduces production costs, but also provides higher quality products and a data information foundation for strict requirements in the production process. The factory workshop gradually adopts RFID technology, and the automatic collection of RFID production workstations, processes, pallets, counters, and other types of production line data information creates additional value.

When RFID readers are installed at various nodes of asset devices, RFID tags on products or pallets can be repeatedly read data. When products or pallets pass through these nodes, RFID readers can read information from RFID tags on the data products or pallets, and provide real-time feedback to the backend management system, making it easy for manufacturers to understand the detailed work of asset equipment. Establish a stronger information chain with existing manufacturing information systems, transmit accurate data information in a timely manner, improve productivity, increase asset utilization, and achieve higher quality control.

The use of RFID readers greatly improves work efficiency, product production quality and quantity. RFID can monitor product information in real time and trace the source based on real-time information.

By installing RFID readers, rfid tag trays, RFID tag pendants and other products on workstations, a visual production process monitoring platform is achieved, which tracks the entire process from raw materials to finished products, records the automatic work reporting of products, the completion quantity of each product/batch, the current process of workpieces, the execution equipment and operators of each process, and the actual working hours of each process. This provides original evidence data for planning and scheduling, line side materials, on-site logistics, quality traceability, and also provides a basis for enterprises to carry out value engineering. Establishing a product traceability and tracking system greatly enhances the credibility of the company's products and establishes a comprehensive quality system. RFID technology can monitor and visually manage the execution process of production plans, enhancing the timeliness of production planning and scheduling.
